Why I Created This Podcast.

I've seen it again and again. Smart, capable people holding back in conversations that matter.

Not because they lack skill. But because negotiation feels risky, awkward, or like something "other people" are good at.

Through my work with clients from Google to startups and by coaching thousands of professionals across industries, I've learned this: negotiation confidence isn't innate. It's built.

This podcast is my way of sparking that shift in others. Showing that negotiation doesn't have to be scary, confrontational or reserved for the loudest voice in the room.
